Fun in the bright yellow sun!!

The heat today was amazing but that didn't stop our dolly picnic at my mothers house. My camera is currently not working so we popped on over to use my mums and get some shots of my newest custom design tester dolls. 12" Sindy and Tilly.

I just adore red hair and feel so privileged to have the opportunity to make two red heads for two real real life strawberry blond red headed girls.

Mum has a lovely back yard with huge trees that when I was a child were up to my knees and now 13 years later are towering over me!!

My beautiful daughter wanted to join in and play too.

Sindy and Tilly will be off to their new homes this week. I will be making a start on a 9" boy and girl for two lovely women and then I'm hoping to get some dolls ready for the opening of my shop on Etsy!

Custom Doll Prices

Once I am up and running i'll be offering up a few customs spots a month hopefully beginning in March 2012. If you are interested in a custom spot for a specific month please email me at kizzzahme_dolls@hotmail.com or comment below with your name, email, month and size/gender of the doll.

Sizes and Prices are as followed NOT including post. ( I send only by registered post)price depends on materials used ie (hair yarn being the biggest factor)

16" $180/$230
13-14" $130/$180
10-11" $100/$130
9" $90-$120
7" $60-$80
3-4" $20/$40

Sizes and materials vary as does the cost.

You get to chose hair, skin and eye colour. The doll comes with shoes (either crochet or felt), undies, and an outfit of your choice aswell as one knitted or crochet item.

Looking forward to a great year of doll making ahead :)

If there are a number of interested people i'll limit one doll per month per household.

Facebook Launch (insert nerves here)

Today I took the scary leap and launched my dolls on Facebook.

I have got second round of testers all lined up and cannot wait to get creating!! I extremely nervous and excited to be doing something that I love doing and that makes people happy!
